• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

How Is Lamont Feeling?

There is an occasional posting on the Facebook page. I get the information from Linda. Latest (about three days ago) was that he is home from the hospital visits. For full details--please go to the FB page. I have not read the articles so do not want to post any erroneous information.

I've visited her FB page and don't see anything specific about how Lamont is doing. Maybe it's a different FB page?

Keep your prayers going

Talked to his garage today. Could not get much pro or con. Hope he is much better soon!:2thumbs:

At least he's back at the shop, so that's a positive....Maybe he just wants to be bit tight with the medical information, but a "feeling better guys" would be helpful.

That's good news!

 Did he mention what the "next step" is? :dontknow:
He called me about a purchase I had made. We discussed that. I really do not want to say any more than that out of respect for the man and his family. Joan will say what needs to be said. It was good news that he felt well enough to go to the Shop and take care of business. Ill leave it at that.

As someone who has had a fair share of serious health issues throughout my adult life, I encourage you to be extra sensitive in respecting his privacy. Although most inquiries are sincere and heart-felt, I am sure that he would rather keep things close to the vest and disclose information as he sees fit or not at all. Continue to send notes of encouragement and cards if you feel so compelled, but sharing the intimate (or any other) details via social media is probably the last thing he wants to do. Those who really care will reach out privately and understand if their inquiries remain unanswered. Just my two cents!

Thank you all for you prayers and concerns. I won't go into details but life as I know it has changed forever for me. I have been too sick to even talk with family at times and I've pretty much had to shut down everything in my life and focus on me staying alive. This is the first thing I have typed publicly since Sept.

I would have gave up many times if it wasn't for my wife Joan. I can't even tell you the hell I've put her through. I thank God for her.

The shop has not skipped a beat and we do have new product in hand and in development. The crew here is amazing so don't hold back your orders just because I'm not there right now.

Once again thank you all for your support. I won't be answering any PM's or emails till I get to feeling somewhere close to what I did before I got sick.
