• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Congrats on the new ride. One of my favorite shows to just relax and watch is Bob's Burger. The little girl with the rabbit ears on that show has a saying, "the best part of living is almost dying. It's called almost live dying". She's a little psyco, but so am I. Glad you are still here to enjoy life.

Congrats and enjoy. Life is too short not to in my opinion

Beautiful byke and I’m sure you’ll enjoy every mile ..!!

Glad to hear you're not letting the accident get you down, and are back in the wind! :firstplace:

Excellent! The spyder is what got my wife back on the road with fists in the air after a nasty spill on a two-wheeler.

That is your red F3L sitting at Leo's, I was looking at it this morning while they were doing my 9300 mile check up on my 2016 F3T. Nice Ryde. You are going to LOVE it.

It Was! Funny story I didn't see that one on their website so I went in figuring I'd have to order it and there it was. Destiny

Wow, it's great that you've bounced back and tackled the wind again. You'll love the Spyder experience.

But I'm curious about your use of the phrase near death experience, because it has a recognized meaning these days... as in nderf.org (Near Death Experience Research Foundation dot Org). It refers to people who actually died but were resuscitated, then relate their experience on the "other side." The testimonies can be astounding!

Is this what happened to you? Or did you mean it was just a near-fatal accident? Either way, welcome to this wonderful life in Spyderdom!

Near fatal, slid down on loose gravel from some dump truck dropped on a 90 degree turn coming up put her on her side and went into the wire guardrail in which I smacked my head on the post and knocked me unconscious woke up just as the ambulance got there with a broken hand and collarbone. Helmet saved my life along with the leather gear saved me from the road rash.
