Not that particular chair, but it looks a lot like the Mac Sports Folding Cane Chair or Walking Stick with Stool, though those have soft seats.
Or the Drive Medical Folding Lightweight Adjustable Height Cane Seat at Amazon.

It looks like it may be at the height to do some sitting work or cleaning of the spyder. That's no different than asking about a jack/lift for the spyder. Would you put that in the Off Topic forum?

Who cares, I like chairs. Lighten up a little guys and stop being so Anal! needs it to clean the Spyder The guy asked a simple question. Maybe he needs it to take with him for one of many different reasons.

I know most of you are are getting a little stir crazy cause you can't ride your Spyders yet, so go throw some snowballs or make a pot of "Chile" and leave this poor "chairless" person alone! :joke:
