• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Spyderfest Camping

As for the train by KOA only 2times some time week end 3 about o 8 hrs apart but call they will tell you the times but not as bad in town sound

I just booked a tent site at KOA and canceled the Comfort Inn.:2excited: I wouldn't mind getting a cabin at KOA, but would want some roomies. The cabin has no bathroom or kitchen, but it has real beds, electricity, ac & heat. If there are a couple of ladies who'd like to share, please PM me, and if a cabin is still available, we can book it.

Go to Home Depot. Buy a Homer bucket and lid. Buy some kitchen trash bags. Get about three feet of cord. Para cord works great....any color.
Put one trash bag in Homer bucket. Drap over sides and secure with cord around outside at top. Place lid on Homer bucket. DO NOT press down hard.
Makes great emergency toilet. Now you will have a toilet in a KOA cabin! :roflblack:

I will have one of these in my truck....you never know when Mother Nature beckons? :gaah:
She will be obeyed....or else!

Campground

I used Campfinder App on smartphone and found this for 10-15 per night. Cobb Ridge Recreation Area in Mark Twain National Forest. Chadwick, MO 15 miles SE of Ozark Dirt bike and ATV friendly. 38 RV sites, 43 tent sites, 2 group sites 1-417-683-4428 Flush toilets, hot showers.

i was heading out to the nearest dealer on my rs this morning to drop it off for the recall when i saw a 5 gallon bucket lying in on the shoulder... it reminded me of this thread :roflblack:

Mike from Albuquerque here....I just made my reservation for Cobb Ridge, and it only cost 60.00 total for the 5 nights! Hot showers, and yes... flushing toilets too! What a country!!!

I will be pulling my Kwik Kamp pop-up with the Spyder. Looks like I can add in one more camper to Site #16. If you are looking for a place to camp, let me know and we can share the cost.

New to SL and, I assume, your first Spyderfest??

Where is Cobb Ridge?

Ozark camp ground right now seems to be the best for RV camping close to location and easy access, working hard on the tent camping..... Don't book yet if you got a tent, I'm working on something pretty cool I think :dontknow: but rest assure I'm doing my best to take care of all of you.

Any updates on Tent camping?
