There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I have found that Crisco Vegetable Oil works wonderfully in my 2017 RTS. I use Radon Gas in my tires, and set the pressure at 120 psi. It's a radioactive gas, but I find that it gives a much smoother ride. It also improves visibility by giving my tires a healthy glow at night.

Sometimes I hate being retired, gives me too much time on my hands to sit at my computer when it's -25 deg. out and read what I feel is an informative site to find info on stuff that might prove to be helpful to me when my wife and I are out on the road to somewhere and read this "bickering" going on. I to run a Yokohoma S drive on the rear of my Spyder and have found that it wears flat across the tread at 28lbs., even with a 250-300lb. trailer behind it. I have 4/32's tread left and it started with 7/32's when new. Approx. has 9500 miles on it now. Will be replacing my "crappy" front Kenda's with 19,000+ miles on them with Conti's and will probably start out at 22lbs. and work down from there. since that is where the Kenda's seem to be happy at. But seriously.... the problem is that there is no moderation of the threads. Where are the moderators or admins? That would clear somethings up and make it more of a safe place for some.
I'm not a fan of a moderator.
You can block anyone you don't want to see so that should be good enough for the snowflakes.
The "arguments" I see are normal conversations I've had with friends.
Which Oil? Which Tire? etc are normal conversations amongst friends.
Digits on a screen will never cause me to get upset.

Oh.... I completely agree with you because moderation can get too MUCH and ruin a site.
I was an Admin for a HUGE website forum for about 8 years. We had over 200,000 members and a few thousand posts per DAY. There were about 10 of us and it was difficult to manage. The site became too moderated and many top members left because of it. The "bickering" you are seeing here is amateur compared to what we dealt with. Guess where they went? Facebook.
This "tire pressure" issue is actually hilarious to me. Why some people get so bent out of shape over others running TIRE pressures differently than theirs, kills me. I do NOT care. But, when I see someone bullying others on a forum with NO moderation, you bet I'm going to say something. I don't care how many posts they have, or what they are building in their basement.
For those that have sent me private messages regarding this. Thank you very much! Run your tires however you butt feel is correct. LOL...
