Plastic shield under wind-shield

2nd time in 3 years. Windshield starts flopping up and down, then breaks the screws that holds the shield on the trunk.

Hope the warranty covers this for a second time.

Never had that problem yet on mine. I would take it in and see if they can find a root cause why this is happening.

I concur 100% My 2014 ST Limited has had no problems.

the same thing happened to my 2014 STL.Mine broke in a strong head wind.They wouldn't warrenty mine.

2014 STL. Same thing happened. Was covered under warranty. Recently noticed some shuttering of the windscreen and mirrors. Realized that the two height adjustments were at a different location so even though the screen looked straight, it was slightly crooked. Don’t know if that has anything to do with the failure, but certainly can’t help. Worth checking if you see any shuttering in the front end.
