• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

on our return ride from Nova Scotia, one of us had the misfortune of a CHECK ENGINE light coming on... arriving at POWER STORE, Tim assured us that he would give us TOP PRIORITY, which in fact he did... they performed a diagnosis and found the fault to be a bad Cam Positioning Sensor... since they had none in stock, he had the technician pull one off a new unit, replaced it on our F3, and we rode off into the sunset... :2thumbs:
that folks is SERVICE... NO arguments, NO sitting for hours on end, NO BS, just great service.... :firstplace:
 THANK YOU TIM....

Amazing....

That's the way it should be done...I for one would be fine with waiting for work to be done so the tech's could keep a traveler going on his way. Now a local with nowhere to go...:cus: NO..!! :roflblack:

Dan,
I'm sorry to hear that your bike had a problem.
But it's so nice to hear that there was a good ending, to the story!

That was my spyder that had the problem. I sent them a thank you card this week for the great service we got. We was only a the shop 2 hours for service total time lost from when the problem started was around 4 hours. thanks to BRP road side assist they put me in touch with the dealer. There are still great people out there. We in the US need to take some lessons from Canada on litter control. Canada was a great place to visit.
