• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

WELL HERE IT IS,,,, the new yamaha

Yamaha Reliability

Guys,
Remember Yamaha is number "ONE" in reliability! I feel sure they know what they are building! I have owned 2 Yamaha Roadstar's and they were bullet proof! You could ride anywhere you wanted without fear of a breakdown! I wish I could say bullet proof about my Spyder! Best of luck to them, I feel I need to stay on three wheels!

I am in the same boat,I need to be staying on 3 wheels. If I were 20 years younger I would be heading down to my Yamaha dealer to make a deal on the Red one. I like it. It is a modified Roadliner engine and should last longer then I will. But now there is no way I could lift a 960+lbs motorcycle off the sidestand let alone manage it at a stop light. My Spyder will be fine for me for now.
