There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. How many or which Spyderfests have you been to?

Click as many years as you have been, everyone can see your answers.

And which was your favorite one and why?

I've been to all of them in Springfield/Ozark, but I couldn't pic a favorite. Well, I guess my fave would be the next one I plan to attend, because they just seem to get better and better!:ohyea:

Trip to TX to get ticker fixed ate the 2017 Spyderfest budget. Red Rocks Rally will be this year's big junket. Planning to be back to Spyderfest in '18.

Spyderfest is a trip I would like to do. My brother recently moved to NW Arkansas, about 50 miles from Springfield.

For me, my teaching schedule precludes my attending at the time period that is usually picked. Some years, we would have to drive our :spyder2::ani29:'s through snow to get there. Not something I am willing to do.

2013 & 2014

2013, & 2014 are the years I went to SF.

I enjoyed both years.

I am saving $$$ up for the Homecoming in June, and my work schedule is not allowing me to go, because other people at my work place ,are out the same time that SF is happening.

We tried.
Yes we tried, your dealership or BRP, or both wimped out, (They wimped out in their communication)by not going to bat for you to resolve the issue like it was there brothers. And I wimped out to myself by not riding by myself this time. Really wanted to ride with you Jer, just in case I broke down, :D ( and because we had a good time riding back from Durango, although my bike is running very well. Needs probably another alignment. ;) Need to get an updated music system because my BRP communication system eventually gave out, and I was unwilling to ride the distance with just external speakers, around town it is fine. Bur need to pull the trigger on new helmet and bluetooth set up. Next year is looking promising for a spyderfest return.

Been to all of them, this will be my 8th. My favourites were the first three, in Cuba. Ahh yes.....those were the days

I've been to all of them as well. You must have been somewhere else last year when they were doing a call-out to see how many people had been to how many Spyderfests.
It ended up myself, Lamont and Seth having gone to all of them. We each got a free Lamonster garage T-shirt. We'll have to make sure you get recognized this year!
i agree my favorites were the first three in Cuba. Such great memories.
Springfield is nice, but is bigger and do any have the same charm as Cuba.

See you soon my friend.

I've been to all but the first. Stayed at the Best Western Cuba where you were in 2011 back when you had short hair and no beard!

I got to admit my first one was the best in 2014 I didn't get my spyder soon enough to go to others, I did manage a Bikes Blues & BBQ the September before it as fun:thumbup:but it was no spyderfest:yes::yes::yes::clap::shocked::trike:& I made an extended stay to enjoy the motorcycle awareness ride the following weekend for another escorted trk thru Ozarks with 100+ bikes & vendor stop at the American Legion post we ended at. Offered some unique photo backgrounds:bowdown::firstplace:
image.jpgimage.jpgimage.jpg ! Yes the pics were right side up before posting, but ......?! This is what happens all too often. Hopesome one can fix this & hoe everone can enjoy :)

I'm surprised the MoGang folks haven't posted. Surely many of them would have been to the first one, too! Or maybe as "staff" they don't get prizes. As I understand it, the first SF was mostly a state/regional event and was small. Am I wrong?

As for this poll, I assume they're too busy to post until sometime after SF. I hope the OP will bump this thread later next week.;)

2011 through 2016

Absolutely all were wonderful. The worst one is 2017 because I made the decision to NOT attend due to legit reasons...but it wasn't easy and my 2 year old is whining loudly at that decision (even tho adult me know's it was the right one). But come heck or high water I sure won't miss 2018. And I might, yes MIGHT, just splurge and stay at Cruzr Joe's host "digs"...but in a year's time I'll probably regain my voice of reason and realize that I just can not keep up with his "tribe"!!! But I can dream for a year...that I can.

2015 & 2016

My first ever Spyder event was the Lamonster Bar-B-Q event in 2014. Since then attended Spyderfest 2015 & 2016. Not attending this year because of a month long trip out west which we will cover over 7500 miles and will be gone the whole month of July. Saving money for this trip.

Ahh yes, the Best Western, not sure if I have any photos of that place,
just fond memories. Loved having waffles and speaking with Phil Burks over them.
Met you and Dan Cogan and also these fine people the night before it all began.

Here I am clean shaven with Lamont

Was trying to find one of you with your Spyder, SpyderAnn01

Pictured right to left, Lamont, Joy (Yazz) Dan (Firefly) Seth (SethO) and I, (Big Arm) and last but not least, in the background Len. (I don't think he got a t-shirt) :roflblack:.

Hope you take another photo this year of all of you together again:thumbup: and post it here!

Trailered a gremlin broke bike down, might trailer it back, STILL HAPPY I did it!

We're at SF 2017, it's rained 3 of our first four days, my spyder is broke (likely by my own hand) and though driveable, not for over 5 miles or so before the gremlins start screeching near the back rim/brake area. Oh, my 2007 F-150, best darned truck I've ever owned, had a left front caliper seize up or something, we REALLY noticed when other drivers were pointing out the smoke wafting from our front left...<G>, we'd already knew something was amiss and were trying to drive it to a Ford dealer, ended up having a Springfield Meineke repair it much faster... ( Thanks Adam)
The guys at Pit Bull Powersports graciously took my Spyder in on Wednesday even though the Service counter was non-stop customers and others there ahead of us. The gremlins go to sleep real fast and they thought they had it fixed, but not yet. Back in Thursday after my TricLED appointment (more about that later).
Thursday at 5:30 we are back at PBPs and they're sure they conquered the gremlin, I even get a 3 mile check ride in and think so too. Back to the shop to settle up, (VERY reasonable price for all this, by the way) Paul's happy, Jason's busy, and I'm happy as I leave on my Spyder back to the VRBO we're staying at.
As I'm slowing (downshifting, coasting) to turn about 5 min's drive from PBPs, THE GREMLIN RETURNS :banghead::banghead::banghead:

And now, two rainy days in the forecast before we head back to MN...

Still, BEST SPYDERFEST EVER!

Our Primary purpose for coming was to have professional, experienced folks modify our Stock Spyder with farkles like TricLED's Ultimate Safety Bundle +, (I don't like wiring). And we got several other items that I wanted to see in person before deciding, and I'm glad I did.
I had no intention (though I did covet them in my mind a bit) to do much in appearance upgrades, but darn it, Sean at PPA Wheels was set up directly across from TricLED's spot, and my wife was checking out their wheels, and then Cindy at TricLED said something like "Wouldn't those look nice on your Spyder?" and now my new Widow 15 PPA wheels are on their way to my home back in MN.

BEST SPYDERFEST EVER!

And here's a night time pic of my Spyder parking at the VRBO we found 7 blocks south of the Fairground entrance .

We've met a LOT of very nice Spyder folks, vendor's and even some Springfield locals that don't even know Spyderfest is happening and we've enjoyed the whole adventure (and we're just now half way through).

doing it now since many are returning, and again next week;)
