• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Hey Y'all,

I am considering a move from my HD Streetglide over to a Spyder. If I go new I am leaning towards an F3-T w/audio and if I go used an FS. There is a CanAm demo day near me this weeekend and I've tried to register. I went on the website and entered my info and the dealer closest to me contacted me. I explained I wanted to try the demo day and he said call that dealer. I did that and they had a deer in the headlights response and told me to go to the website. Explained again what I had done. He took my info down and said he would call CanAm. I hear crickets. So yesterday I contacted CanAm directly by phone and was told to register online, explained that I did "again" and they also said contact the dealer. Anybody have any suggestions on how to register for a demo day? I realize this group is specialized so am I missing out on some secret password or initiation that I must pass to try one of these bad boys out? :roflblack:

JUST GO

just go to any dealer and ask for a test ride.... when they see you arrive on your 2 wheeler, they'll be no questions...
good luck, and hope you get what you want... the F3 is awesome... i have over 36,000 miles of smiles on mine...

I can't help you with demo days as I am a new bee myself to the Spyder world but I can tell you we bought the F3T and put the optional top trunk on it about a month ago and don't miss my HD Ultra at all. With six speakers now the stereo is insane? Good luck!

That has never been the case for me. None of the dealerships around here will let you Demo a bike unless they are having a Demo day put on by the factory.

That being said good luck! I think you would be making the right move regardless.

:D and... :welcome: :2thumbs:
Show up at the dealership, and explain that you DID register on the website...:banghead:
Good luck!

Call the Dealer

as someone who will be leading demo rydes for BRP in our area this weekend. Just call the dealer and let them know you want to come down for the demo days. They will find a place for you!

I just went to my local dealer and asked for a test ride. One hour later I was riding it. Two months later I bought one from that dealer. Demonstrate you are a serious buyer and watch the magic. My thoughts.

Just show up....

You don't have to wait for demo days but even if you do and do not get a response they will get you in. Many don't show up or cancel but the idea is to promote sales and the dealer will want you to buy...
