• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

2015 F3 at a good deal

I purchased my 2012 RSS in early November and have been really loving it. But recently I have come across a great deal on a 2015 F3 with under 1,600 miles for under $12k. I think this is a good deal, but I am still concerned about the small storage up front. I also got the RSS because I wanted something that I could really ride agressively. Now, before anyone goes on about the 1330 engine being so much better, I already know about that engine (I also have a 2014 RT). But I was wondering, for running errands, and riding agressively, how does the RSS compare to the F3? I should also not that the F3 is a base model (SM6, which I do not mind), but has a nice windshield and aftermarket exhaust on it. My RSS is a SE5 with touring shield, and recently added floorboards.

The biggest part of any decision, may just hinge upon the ergonomics of each bike...
Which seat/handlebar/foot-peg combination makes you feel more comfortablbe? :dontknow:

I traded my GS SE5 (Same as your RSS) with 35,000 miles and Love my F3 and I'm 68. It takes some getting used to the feet up front but I can turn much faster and am Much more comfortable with it stock. My Rear sits down and Never Moves from the spot!! Easy maintenance. Two things- The manual clutch pull is Terrible on the sm6 UNLESS you get them to install the Vacuum clutch assist for you. My dealer did it for Free-Yours probably won't based on most dealers. After the SE5 you may feel its a Pain to manually shift through the 6 gears all the time ?? Especially if they don't install the vacuum assist. Near the end I felt like I was going to get tossed from the GS and decided the F3 was the safer route to still turn fast without getting tossed? Check ALL prices on NADA and KBB because the F3 losses it value quicker than my 2012 RT.

I don't have an issue with the space. I added an expandable tail bag and also have a backpack that rolls up. I am able to fit quite a few bags between them. I am also able to fit my full face helmet in the frunk when its empty. hey, worse comes to worse take the RT when you have to go shopping :)
