• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Tire Sources

I had decided to replace the front tires on my 2015 RTL with Federal Formoza AZ01 in the stock size. I am having a helluva time finding them in stock, anyone have any suggestions ???

SELLERS OF TIRES

E-BAY ....type in the exact tire you want ......then check box for free shipping first then go shopping for lowest price.... No hassles with people asking any questions then telling you they can/t / won't sell them to you :banghead::banghead:. There are NO warranties from anyone , anywhere for auto tires put on a Spyder..... But auto tires are very under-stressed on a Spyder, and if you get a BAD TIRE you will know very quickly and can get it re-placed as defective ....... good luck ... Mike

You just have to keep checking places like ebay or new egg until some show up. Although not your choice I see Federal Evo's available if you are in a pinch.

Agreed. I've got the Federal EVOs on the front of my RT and am fairly happy with them. Once I got the inflation dialed in, they are a good solid choice.

Agree...

:agree: you do have to search and shop around to find what your looking for. Amazon also has a selection but I go to ebay for my tire needs...it won't take long ..happy hunting/shopping...

Thank you!

Thanks to all for your suggestions! I don't need the tires yet, so I'll continue to look and wait. There are a lot of twisties in the Maryland area and I just want the best handling that I can get. I already have the BajaRon sway bar and links and did notice a significant improvement immediately. Once again, thanks!

I am running Continental Contiprocontact Size 165/60 R 15 on my 2014RTS-SE6. I replaced the front tires last year ( 6/2016) @ 12,807 miles.. I know have 4,000 miles on the tires.

This will be my 2nd second season coming up with the tires. I got caught in a thunderstorm and the tires worked great, pushing the water away from the tires. No problems with nanny. Here is are few pictures: New Front Tires ( Continental) 008.jpg New Front Tires ( Continental) 009.jpg New Front Tires ( Continental) 013.jpg I have a 2014 RTS-SE6. Deanna
