• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

on mornings like this-----

On mornings like this------- I'm really glad I modified my snow blowers ( yes 2 of them) so they don't clog with the wet heavy thick soup their calling snow.

On mornings like this, 20 degrees, snow on the ground, freezing rain on the roads and sidewalk, all I can think about is why I tore the Spyder apart to fix the pinhole in the radiator.

Right now it looks like I cannot even get it torn down far enough to get to the hose, let alone how in the all mighty H am I going to get it back together again. :yikes: Crap, will the dealer take it in parts and reassemble it?:yikes: Can I sell it cheap as an unassembled Spyder with all the needed parts? What have I got myself into now? :yikes:

I may never ryde it again!

Don't know what to say so I will ramble

Another 5 inches of snow this morning 7 degrees at the time of this post with temps dropping to minus something tonight and highs tomorrow minus -7 we won't see temps above 0 until Saturday I'm not going any where anyway travel advisory because of blowing snow and icy road conditions. Glad I live within walking distance of my favorite watering hole so I'm not confined to home, heard it is going to get to 24 degrees by Sunday, heat wave coming, at least there is football. Might take up snow shoeing.

My girlfriend and I rode from Vegas to Phoenix today to visit another Spyder friend who is moving away. It was a beautiful day for riding -long underwear and a jacket liner - perfect!!! I love winter.

I'm tempted to say, "Oh, shut up!" but I won't! :roflblack: :roflblack: :roflblack:

this morning it's -32 c (-25.6 F). I am also thinking of my spyder, but it's more "Is the battery tender still working????"

-31c?
That'll stiffen-up the outside water! nojoke
But your are correct: it's time to break out the snowmobiles!

They always run best, when the temperatures are barely making it to the bottom of the thermometer!

I object! Where's the SPCSO when you need them? Under Article X, Section IV of Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Spyder Owners bylaws, the Nose Rubbing Harassment clause specifically forbids psychological abuse of this nature.

But I hope y'all are having great rydes anyway! :D

Wendy in Michigan ..... cold, crappy 'til April, Michigan
