• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Getting older, as we do, and doing things we do as we get older, I woke up to go to the toilet in the middle of the night.

As I passed through the kitchen, I happened to look out through the rear windows.

I noticed a diaper-headed Muslim with a knife, sneaking through my next door neighbor’s garden.

Suddenly my neighbor came from nowhere and smacked him over the head with a shovel, killing him instantly.

He then dug a grave and put the body in it and covered it.

Astonished, I got back into bed.

My wife said, "You're upset, what is it?"

“You'll never believe what I've just seen,” I said. “That son of a bitch next door still has my shovel.”

Buy him a new shovel and be happy.

Also, loan a shovel to several other neighbors.

I noticed a (insert your favorite derogatory ethnic slur here) with a knife, sneaking through my next door neighbor’s garden.

Still think it's funny? Would you tell this kind of joke at a public gathering? Would you want your kids telling jokes of this nature? Would you encourage them to do so?

I like a good joke as well as, maybe even better, than most. Doesn't matter if it's corny, clean, political, raunchy or any combination thereof. What I don't like are ethnic jokes or jokes of any type that demean people whose only offence was to be born of a certain nationality or race or believe in the "wrong" religion.

I'm not complaining to get this post pulled or locked. But I will make a stand against this type of behavior here, at work, in a restaurant, or wherever it occurs and I'm aware of it.

I'm sure that there are many others who would agree with me but who don't want to "rock the boat". I just wish they would summon the courage to make a stand, as well. Staying silent gives tacit approval to this type of harrasment. We as a group, and as a nation, are better than this.

I know this might not be a way to make some happy but I know that it will make others happy. So come on guys (and gals), give a second thought before posting or saying things of such a denigrating nature. The world will be a better place if you do.

Thanks, Bob.

I hear all kinds of jokes all the time. There are many types of jokes that are inappropriate for kids. Does that mean those jokes should never be told? I'm Polish, there's not a Polish jokes out there that would bother me.

The joke is funny, and REMEMBER it's a joke....:banghead:

Make it "an unsavory character" in the garden and I would agree, it's funny.

I'm glad that you're not bothered by ethnic jokes disparaging your nationality. Not everyone will say the same.

"Boiler",
Had it just said "Bad guy with a knife"; would that have been okay? :dontknow:

Believe it or not: I was wondering about characterizing the :cus:-Bag as a Muslim. It didn't seem to be necessary, in order to make the joke funny.

:D Which it was!

EDIT: Oops... you answered while I was fixing all of my typos...

Let's not lose our heads, it's a :cus: joke

 Wait a minute...
Was that another joke??? :D :roflblack:

I don't think so Bob. But here's a kitten joke to lighten the mood.

Kittens:

A man sees a boy with a box of kittens The man goes over and says "Oh what cute kittens!" The boy replies "Yes they are Christian kittens". About a week later the man sees the boy again with the same batch of kittens. Once again he walks over and says "my, those are just adorable!" The boy replies "Yes, they are atheist kittens" The man asks "wait, weren't they christian before?" The boy looks at the man and says "Yeah but they have their eyes open now"
:roflblack::roflblack::roflblack::roflblack::roflblack::roflblack:
