Trunk Open Buzzer

Did I imagine this but when I bought my Spyder, I'm sure the salesman demonstrated that there's a buzzer that sounds if you drive off with the trunk open, either there is and it's stopped working or I imagined this, I can't find any reference to this in the manual, anyone got any input on this?

No such thing! Was the salesman's mouth moving? If so, you know he was lying! :yes:

You get a notice by view of the display if the side or rear trunks are open but nothing if the front trunk is.

No such thing. You get a visual alert on the display, but nothing audible.

Trunk open Buzzer

Thanks to all who replied I was meaning the rear trunk, didn't know it was on side boxes aswell. OK so I was mistaken about the buzzer, but there is no visual display either, I do remember seeing that, but it's not working now. Maybe a disconnected wire when I removed lots of things to replace the glovebox latch and wire in the GPS loom.

Even so there's nothing in the manual about it unless I've missed the page (geriactric moment):yikes:

The work you did would be the first place to check. I have had the orange screen message a few times. In a senior moment now, so don't remember the exact location or message. Will someone help us, so I don't have to go to the garage and check it out. :bowdown::bowdown:
