• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Air Scoops question

Does anyone know if they make them for a 2013 RS? I've seen them for an RT but couldn't find anything on an RS.

Ok not finding how to install these scoops on my 15 RT-S. Some of the older models have to remove some inside parts and add a stabilizer bar. I find pics of 14-15's but do not say how they installed them. Is there a video or instructions somewhere. Thanks.

Search the forum for Doc Riverside, his post will give you all the information you need. Some people say you don't need them on the 2015's and that may be true, but I can honestly say, that on the hot 100+ degree days here in Florida, my 2015 RT Limited is much more comfortable, and the glove compartment much more useable do to the lack of heat in that area.

The RS 2014+ body panels have air scoops built in. These can be retro-fitted to 2013's and earlier models.

Lamont did publish the part numbers a while back but I can't find the post for you. I believe there where three panels that have to be replaced, the top side panels that have Can-am written on them and the top Y shaped panel.

Someone on the original thread said they had paid around US$270 for the replacements but again can't find the post.

Hopefully someone who's already made the change will be able to give you more info.

Thanks!! You would think they could just make the scoop so it would fasten to existing panels and you could just cut a hole or even just drill a series of holes.
