• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Title problems fixed

I bought my F3 a few weeks ago and I am having problems getting the title transferred because the title states the make is BMBR and not Can Am or Bombardier unless they were trying to abbreviate.

Tough one...

Find out what they want it to say and have the original re issued. DMV can be a pain but if that abbreviation is not recognized in TX it will be a problem. I have never seen that anywhere before...:dontknow:

Private sale? OR Dealer- The Title is drawn up from the Certificate of Origin and my CofO for my F3 states the Bike info. My 2012 Title (paid Off) states the nsame info as on the CofO?

:agree: The M.S.O. for mine says "Can Am", so I'll bet that's what they all say. If your title has anything else on it, and it's a private sale: let the former owner explain the mess to D.M.V.
Good Luck!

title

It was a private sale,It is a Texas title, It is an abbreviated version of Bombardier. cannot reach the previous owner.

title

My insurance states Can Am, the VIN# indicates Can Am and BRP said the VIN# indicates Can Am.

title

showed the papers from other Spyder's that I have had along with the Vin #, insurance information and owners manual showing the name of manufacture, the state of Texas uses Can Am, BRP, Bombardier abbreviated BMBR.
