Handlebar risers for 2015 RSS

Hi,

I am new to the site, and have already read many very interesting topics and modifications. I purchased my 1st Spyder about a month ago. So far I am loving it, but have determined that in order to thoroughly enjoy the ride, I am going to have to do more modifications. I have already purchased a new windshield, backrest, and floorboards. My brother in law helped me install the last 2 items. Actually he did most of the work. I have been looking for handlebar risers for this year and model, and have not had any luck. I did read a couple of posts on here about some using handlebars from an RT and ST, and putting them on the RS. I think that was a 2013 model. Would the RT or ST handlebars work on a 2015? I am open for any suggestions I can get. Thank you so much in advance.

i believe you are correct that the st or rt bars will fit your year model, someone with a 2015 model will correct me if im wrong. hopefully
recently added 3.5 inch risers to my 09 rs which was a major improvement.

Thank you. I will check it out. Does anyone know if those will work, or is it basically trial and error? I know the accessories are usually pretty pricey.

Yes not cheap... Even dearer in Australia

Re fitment - apparently the steering head, onto which the bars affix, is exactly the same for non-f3 models from 2013 on.

My dealer needed my assurance that tri axis fits 13 st, which it did.

Suggestion - do some research on partshark website - if the steering heads are the same, you're good to go.

The RS and RSS models from 2013 and later use the same handlebar mounting as the RT. These handlebars are not made out of pipe so typical risers will not work very well.
