Spyderfest #7 2016 Best Western Coach House Motel Update 4/16/2016

UPDATE: We will have a Newbie Party and Prize Drawings on Wednesday Evening starting around 7:00 P.M. At the Meeting room at the Best Western Coach House

Prize Drawing Rules: In order to participate in the Drawing you must be staying at this Best Western & you must be registered for Spyderfest 7.

NO EXCEPTIONS

Newbies can be from any Hotel/Motel/Campgrounds or Park Benches, for the Newbie Party.

I can be reached at 1-501-580-5595 during Spyderfest. I will be at the Motel early afternoon on Tuesday.

If you are staying at the best western Coach House and you name is not on the list below, please let me know so that i can add it.

OK, the Date has been set April 27th - May 1st, 2016 SPYDERFEST is OFFICIAL

There will be at least 3 Host Hotels with Guest Hosts
(I assume the other hosts will be providing their info and hotels).

(call the hotel direct for special Rate). Be sure to tell them you are part of the Spyderfest Group.

This hotel is a single level and you park in front of your room.

Rates are 79.95 + tax for 2 queen or 1 King rooms, they are taking reservations now.

Hotel provides a good free breakfast. (for registered guests only)

Hotel Provides a Bike Wash Station.

There is ample parking spaces for those of you who will be trailering your Spyder.

You can register for Spyderfest online starting January 1, 2016, First 777 will receive an exclusive Spyderfest hoodie and len also has another surprise up his sleeve for all of you this year?

After you register at the Best Western Coach House please send me a PM with the first names of those staying there and an email address so i can update you on event info :thumbup::thumbup:

I was starting to feel my "cheap" travel side was doing me a serious injustice...cause I see all this newbie stuff...have to "live there" to win...etc etc. etc. And then you post about Bob and Joe and my seasoned senior eyes just know they could not survive such an onslaught of visual stimuli......thank you thank you...living across "the street" I now know that I can run to my bed, cover my Spyder and say I DO NOT KNOW OF THAT GROUP OVER THERE!!!:yes::yes:
