It is good info. Barefoot is good too; you're all set Bob, unless you're wearing slippers.

I wear these, bathroom or outside, or outside going to the bathroom.

because of my feet changing as I age I went to a real running store to buy a new pair of shoes. The clerk their showed me I needed a larger shoe but it slid up and down on my heel. Then she laced that unknown hole and suddenly I had heel support. I was so surprised no one had ever mentioned that little trick and it isn't in the little notes in the shoe boxes. Great information.
