• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

i never knew what those holes were for

But since I only run to the Bathroom during commercial breaks; do you think that I need to use them? :dontknow:
(It's not really all that far! :D)

(Type 1 Diabetic for 51 years... I'm only barefoot in bed, and in the shower. :D)
I think that I've got a pair of "High-Tops" laying around somewhere: I'll see if I can get this to work! :2thumbs:

Thanks....

Saw that somewhere and wondered why it is not better known with all the fitness crazes going on. The shoes should come with instructions...:joke: thanks for posting

Great tip, I'm gonna try that out!
My house shoes don't have laces, but they are comfy!

because of my feet changing as I age I went to a real running store to buy a new pair of shoes. The clerk their showed me I needed a larger shoe but it slid up and down on my heel. Then she laced that unknown hole and suddenly I had heel support. I was so surprised no one had ever mentioned that little trick and it isn't in the little notes in the shoe boxes. Great information.

That is the hole you parents hook your house key to as a kid, or my case a key on one & bell on other. Lol.

I wasn't there but I still care!
