• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

The manual states 0+/_ 1 degree. So what is this in inches/MM measurment ? So what is the best toe in/out measurement for general touring...

The best way is laser alignment any other way is hit and miss there are many Rolo laser alignment dealers in the USA

If your shade tree aligning and measuring before and after the wheels on a horizontal plane, I'd shoot for 1/8" toe with the Spyder loaded similar to the way you ride most.
I've personally increased mine to closer to 1/4" because I really like the feel.

Is that toe IN or OUT? I'm thinking toe out would make it more squirrelly but really hook into a corner whereas IN would track straighter on long interstate runs?

This may help, if you read it all, you can see how I used the tools I have on hand to align the toe in. Same I used to do several other trucks and such.

Yep, that's basically how we've done a bunch for years. Mostly on Jeeps and a handful of Spyders too. It's not rocket science, and we've actually found that not one set of numbers works for everyone. Some seem to like a bit more toe while others like a bit less.
