There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. Hi all", I have noticed a rattle on the right rear side of my 2010 RT Spyder when i go over bumps. I can push down quickly even when the Spyder is stationery on the right rear side grab handle and it makes a rattling sound. Don't know why and I have looked at it but I can't see anything loose. Any ideas would be appreciated? I think it may have something to do with the right side Pannier but I am not sure,

regards Peter

Yeah, I had the same rattle on my 2014 when mounting or dismounting, only on the right side. Get it up and tighten the links around the steering mechanism, that solved the problem. I first had my wife sit on the bike and move from side to side, this way you can actually observe the linkage and see/hear the rattle and determine which bolts to tighten before jacking it up. Good luck

I had a rattle on My 10 RT at the end of the frame swing arm are 2 plates that bolts on to cover the open end of the swing arm. check the bolts to see if they are loose. Mine was tighten them up the rattle went away. Hope this help

Did that solve the problem? :dontknow:
If not; check the mounting points for the anti-Swaybar attachments.
They seem to loosen up once in a while, and it can be tough to track down the source of the clicking...

Hi Mate", I have found the rattle on the right side of my RT and it is the right side pannier assembly e.g. when I push down on the right side grab handle for pillion the pannier seems to move down about .5 of a centimetre then it clicks, but I don't know why yet. I take the Spyder in soon to get a new speedometer assembly swapped out because the old one is kaput. I show the service technician at the shop by pushing down on the grab rail and see if he has any idea where the problem may be

regards Peter
