• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

We have had problems with our Lighted Bumpskid and he has gone over and above helping us out and getting it fixed! Wish all customer service was as great as Spyderpops! I will buy from Harvey any day:clap:!
 
Bump Skid

Installed Bumpskid with LEDS. Instructions were superb and installation went well. Now considering getting the remote as mine did not have one. Rod:yes::clap:

Agree with you 100%, we too had issues with our LED bumpskids (first version ones) and all it took was a quick email to Harvey and he replaced them with the newest version within days. Harvey's customer service is top notch - he goes above and beyond to keep his customers happy.
 
Not to hijack the post, but I had a similar great experience with TricLED. I received a faulty light and they replaced it by mail within two days! Also sent me a detailed email on how to install it on my Spyder. So far I am very impressed with the after market vendors I've purchased from (SpyderPops, TricLED and SpyderTV). Too bad I can't say the same about the dealer I bought from.
