• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

5 of us rode the bikes over to pearl's bbq in Micanopy today for lunch. pam couldn't ride because she said she had to work today.
when I walked into the bbq place there pam was with a birthday cupcake. she drove the truck. she never fails to surprise me... had a very good meal with some very fine people to celebrate my birthday.
went by the hd place where my friend geno presented me with a 420 cigar. 8"x 60 ring size. these are no longer available on the market. thanks G...eno Phares

Well I have to say it was a great ride, and lunch was tops. Those were some of the best ribs I've ever eaten. Sorry we didn't stay with you after lunch, but we were able to get to the shop and set up our 3,000 mile service for 1 DEC., and then had a leasurley ride to the house.

Hey Clay, I was talking to Spyderliter yesterday after the ride, and told him how good the ribs were at Pearl's, and he told me about a place (Tom's Bar=B-Q) on US 100 just north of Lake Butler that had very good ribs. Let me see if I can find it, and maybe we can go there on one of the rides. Got a couple of things to do this week, and then there's always Thanksgiving, but am looking forward to the next ride, for sure.

I have eaten at tom's and the place sucks in my humble opinion. if you go let me know how you like it.
 
I just found out that this Tom's is out of Keystone, not Lake Butler, sorry. And I've never been there, just repeating what I was told.
