There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. After two previous attempts to do this ride we finally did it today. Cool most of the day. Started in the mid 30's and it did not get to 50 until well after lunch. We did mostly 4 lane in Pa. took 611 north crossed the Delaware and headed in to New Jersey 94 north, 206 north and back into pa on 209. Finally reached 42 and the off onto 97 to the Callicoon Brewery for lunch. Continued on 97 and then back to pa on 191 south and home. 338 miles mile and some beautiful roads and scenery. I thought we missed the fall colors, but the southern half of 97 was at it peak as was most of the riding in PA & NJ

:agree:  :2thumbs:
The Missus and I took 97 North, and "hit the Nest" at about 11:00am.
No traffic in front of us (and very little on 97)
We took it up to Narrowsburg for lunch, and then 52B back toward Monticello.

The skies sure looked threatening all day...

We just missed you! Two of those pics were taken at 11:20am this morning. As we headed north it looked like we were certainly going to hit rain but not a drop.

Thanks for those absolutely gorgeous pics!

Glad you got the day in.
We hoped to do it as well today and stop by at the Papino's Pizzeria in Callicoon for lunch (its the real thing)
but its still raining up here. Colors shoud be around another week over there. :)

Would you like to know why those clouds looked so menacing???
In anticipation of the Missus doing some shopping; I took the raingear out of the Spyder that morning, before we left... :opps:

We planned on doing the ride today also. But as the week end got closer we decided to ride in the cooler weather and try to avoid the possible rain.

It was not going to rain! I had our rain gear on board. :D

The Hawks Nest is our go to ride. Love riding that road. Very picturesque area! Tom :spyder:

If you take Route 97 far enough North; the riding gets even better!! nojoke
Cross over Rte. 17 at Hancock, and you enter the rolling hills of "Farm Country"...
