A Beautiful Day In The NorthEast

New member
We had a the first touch of frost this morning, and then the Sun popped out for a beautiful day!

...For working in the yard! The Missus had a whole bunch of weeding to do in her flower beds this morning, and then we figured that it was a good day to fence in her Rhododendron bush, before the deer tarted snacking on it. I had a couple of air conditioners that needed covering up outside...

...And then there were some bushes that needed to be removed, from right along the road... :gaah:
About the time that we were digging the roots out; there came a rumble up through Town... :D
Lo and behold; we were soon inundated by Spyders!!

Since they were kind enough to get me a brief respite from swinging a pick-axe; I should offer all of them my profound and everlasting gratitude... :D

...Except I got completely overwhelmed by all of the new names!
Ron, Chuck and Bill, are the three that I remember right now.
If you guys could post in here, and let me know who everyone else was; I'd be really grateful!

Oh... I absolutely am riding tomorrow!! nojoke :2thumbs:

Sorry my wife and I didn't make the photo shoot, they left hunter without me :banghead::banghead::banghead:. Oh well! The weather was absolutely spectacular!!!

Sorry Jose, we did wait for awhile, but the Christmans had to go. They live near Allentown, PA. I knew you knew your way.

Wish I knew....

Gosh.. I wish I knew of that group ryde. I'd have joined in a heartbeat from here in Northeast PA (Lake Wallenpaupack)

We took a ride from Here out to Milford CT and back today.. What a nice day and 72 at the beach when we got there.

Only saw one other Spyder out today to boot..

Hopefully I can catch up with the NY riders some time!

Ron,

Don't sweat it! I should've come down the mountain sooner. I misunderstood you, I thought the folks from PA were leaving early.

Very nice..!!

They could have all pitched in so you could ryde with them...:roflblack::roflblack: must have beena great sight to see them ryde up....:yes:

Deb and I were in the Lake George area this weekend. We just got back. It was a great two days riding around the area. We put on over 700 miles Saturday and today.

An unknown brother?

Looking at the photos, the first one got my attention...the handsome young man on the F3 looks like ME, and I didn't remember riding in NY Saturday (but then, it's not unusual to forget where I was these days!) And I don't remember having a brother in NY...so I'm a bit confused. Good to know another spyder rider is running loose that looks like a combination of Jerry Garcia (in his graceful years) and Ernest Hemingway.:roflblack::doorag:
JB in Alabama

Perhaps when Mother Nature got done with you... she like the results so much, that she decided to play the same hand twice. :2thumbs:
