• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

F3 T side cases

I agree, they are nice looking
I sure hope we don't lose out on these upgrades,
BRP should make them compatible with the current F3S

Would like the newer shock if it fits,

i love the new F3T side cases, will they fit on my F3S

Ant?

It would not be cost effective to make them work. You have to change the whole backend.

I am glad they did not discontinue the F3-S because I just could not ride around with that big Ass on the F3-T and F3 Limited. The fact that you can detach the saddlebags on the F3-S is a big seller for me. You dont need all that storage unless you are going on long trips and for many of us that is about 5% or less of the time. Its nice you can remove the saddlebags when not needed. If I was touring a lot I would get a RT.

I must admit, I was not a fan of the F3 in 2015, but with the addition of the bags on the 2016 model, or even by adding the corbin bags, it is starting to grow on me. I still think I would be upset about giving up my spacious frunk, but the addition of the bags makes it more manageable.
But, for my wife's sake, I will need to stick with my RT in order for her to enjoy a ride with me.
On another note, the 2016 F3 with the bags, makes me think of the Goldwing F6B, which I like a lot.

I agree, I loved my F6B and the bags were about the same size inside.

2015 accessory catalog states that the bags are 13 gallons/50 liters so about 50% (usable?) greater capacity for the new ones. The 2016's are 70 liters and the Corbins are 68 liters. Corbin make these for BRP?

My mistake on the size of the bags. Total storage is 78L or 21 gal.
