How to give away a unused MC helmet and other MC equipment?

I bought a new, never used AGV Stealth helmet XL that was on closeout. Since its on closeout I can't return it. It fits around my head but the chin bar is a bit too short and my chin rests on the bar. I would like to give it to a needy rider. Is there a place I can donate it? It's a very fine., pro level piece of equipment.

Your local Motorcycle Safety Foundation would probably like to have it to loan to students taking their classes.
