• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Attitude Handlebar?

I am considering replacing my stock handle bar with the attitude handle bar. Looking for feedback from others that have ridden with both and can relate the difference in wrist position, comfort and long distance drivability. Its hard to tell from the pics just what the difference is and how it will change my position on the bike. At $135 its not a terrible gamble, I can always sell it if I do not like it. Its also not a huge amount of work to install. Nothing like the Tri-Axis bars.

Anyone have the attitude bar and like or dislike it?

IMO, worth twice the cost. The different angle of the grips is perfect. Very easy to install, too.

I ordered the attitude when I ordered my spyder, so I never tried the stock. I'm very comfortable with the attitude bars.

Once my dealership got the "fitting dummy" I did go sit on it and tried the stock handebar position, and I hated it compared to the attitude, but it's not like I drove around with it to really compare the two.

I guess it depends on how tall you are and/or how long your arms are. I have long arms and I do tend to lean forward anyway, so it's very comfortable and natural to me, but we're all different, so each person needs to decide what's right for them.

They are a perfect fit for me, I am around Six foot tall and found with the stock bar I was almost leaning back a little and when riding at a reasonable speed I felt like I had to hold on tight to stop falling back due to catching so much wind. The Attitude bar has me leaning slightly forward and when I ride at speed now I pretty much just sit and relax. I find it comfortable as the bars are further forward and a bit lower than stock. Unfortunately the cost here is more than double what you pay :sour:
