Looking for USB charger that fits where passenger grip controls would go.

I would like to add a USB port to the passenger area.
The obvious place would be the accessory hole where the passenger controls would be for heated grips since our Spyder doesn't have those and we don't see a need to add those.
Has anyone found a USB port that fits nicely in this hole? I am looking for options.
The ones I have found are 3.5cm diameter and I measured the opening as 4.3cm.

How about a "washer" to make up the difference. Probably a piece of plastic should work.

That could work nicely. 2 washers one top and one bottom with some silicone sealant. Paint them black.
