• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Tri Axis Handle Bars

I just got the bike end of April and am finding out what works best for me and then will have the winter months to make changes. I envy all who can ride on long trips. This will help I'm sure. Thanks for the advice.

I just did an 8 hour ride yesterday and the muscles across my shoulders were freaking out knotting up with pain. If you still have the link I'd appreciate it. Thanks.
Quite possibly was a one time offer or auction. Your best bet is to just start searching eBay for tri-axis handlebar and repeat until you find a deal you want to jump on. I bought mine from some outfit that sells insurance recoveries. I'm guessing it was from a recovered stolen semi truck load. Got it for $450 I think it was. It was a one time offering.

Don't know if I'll be that lucky but will just have to check regularly. Thanks.

Be aware that dealers can sell on eBay, but are not allowed to advertise prices other than MSRP, or maybe some limited discount. For the really good values you will have to call or visit the dealers, or buy from a non-dealer. BRP can't prevent dealers from selling at whatever price they want, but they can prevent them from advertising those prices.

Chrome Tri Axis Handlebar

Just bought the chrome ones on ebay for $639. My dealer will install for $65 so I will not have to go through the 2-3hour ordeal. Thanks forum members for the dealer suggestion for the install before purrchase!!:yes:

P.S. Now for the brp comfort :spyder2: seat!

I called yesterday and dealer price for handlebars $750 Canadian + 4-5 hours labour @ $100/hr. KY is extra!

Got another dealer same price parts but 2&1/2 - 3 hours labour. That sounds about right.

You may want to polish you sunglasses as the sun may reflect all that sun off the chrome..

If I switched to the Comfort Seat, I would definately get these. I can see where moving 2 inches back would make the handlbar difficult to comfortably reach (unless you have really long arms).

But since I have no intention of getting the Comfort Seat, I don't have a need to fork out a bunch of money on the Tri Axis bar.
