New Spyder SPX Exhaust System

How would this compare, soundwise, to the Hindle? A lot of us are looking for something that sounds better than stock but won't get us ticketed in Noise Abatement neighborhoods.

It has a deeper sound than the Hindle.
Have not run it side by side with a Hindle.
But if noise is your concern, than none of the aftermarket systems would be for you as they are all quite a bit louder than stock. Hindle included.

Is this new exhaust riveted? or is it easy to take apart to repack? How often will it need to be repacked?

I was under the impression that with stainless setups you shouldn't have to repack.

Any other color options in the future for this unit? Matte black would be nice.....
Spyder #1 - 2008 GS SM5 Premier Edition #1977. RIP after 80,000 miles.
Spyder #2 - 2012 RT SM5. Traded in after 24,000 miles.
Spyder #3 - 2015 F3 SM6. Put 13,000 miles on and sold it.
Spyder #4 - 2017 F3 SM6. Too good of a deal to pass up!

Stainless systems do last much longer between repacks,
Also being we have used both stainless steel, steel wool, and fiberglass inner packing it should provide many years of trouble free service.
There may be other color options in the future.

looks like a Venom
Looks like the stainless steel muffler that was marketed under the brand name of 'Venom' - which is what I have on my spyder. IMHO it looks good, has a great sound and the best feature is that it's easy to clean using a Scotch-Brite pad or buffing disc.
When life throws you a curve - aim for the apex.

No, this is not a Venom System by Motad, nor one of those under a private label program ether.
We have been working on this system for over a year from the ground up to get it just the way we want it, for sound, quality, fit, finish and durability.
The Stainless steel body does make clean up a breeze though!

This is the system that has been on our SE5 now for about a year now. Any of you that have seen it, know how it looks, sounds and fits. I can tell you it is quieter than the two bros and performs great when run in combination with the Green Filter and a fuel controller.
