    Default 2015 RT-S need 12v keyed power - what wire color code?

    Sorry do not have shop manual. Need to a 12v positive wire that is hot when ignition is turned on. I assume the color coding is consistent on my bike.

    How much load are you planning to add to the wire?

    2014 Copper RTS
    Tri-Axis bars, CB, BajaRon sway bar & shock adjusters, SpyderPop's Bumpskid, NBV peg brackets, LED headlights and modulator, Wolo trumpet air horns, trailer hitch, custom trailer harness, high mount turn signals, Custom Dynamics brake light, LED turn signal lights on mirrors, LED strip light for a dash light, garage door opener, LED lights in frunk, trunk, and saddlebags, RAM mounts and cradles for tablet (for GPS) and phone (for music), and Smooth Spyder belt tensioner.

    You have front and rear accessory plugs that are on 5 amp fuses. Violet with a yellow stripe is 12V+, black is 12V-. Both 18 gauge wire...

    Either, depending on whether the fuse in the right buse box is in F6 or F7. F6 is keyed.
