BRP recommend change is every 28,000 miles. I do it at the next oil change that is the closest mileage to the 28,000 since the last time - even if it is over.

add very easy to replace when the time comes. Ron has the filters when you need one.

That one little cap screw on the lower left is a tight fit. Use a 1/4" torx that fits the head of the screw (they're all the same) and a 1/4" open/box end wrench and it comes out 1/2 turn at a time.

None of the fasteners on the Spyder are 1/4" They are all metric and Torx

I believe 2dogs was referring to the drive size. I know that up to T30 my Torx bits are 1/4" drive. The wrench should be metric size.

There are a few places where space is tight that I've found the tool that works best is like a T30 torx with 1/4" hex shaft. Put the torx into the screw head and turn it with a 1/4" open end or gear wrench.
