I just bought I just bought a 2014 st limited
Just bought the 2014 limited wonder if there's anything I should be looking out for
-
My wife got her last May, left over brand new. There was one recall, gas cap and also do your first service at 600 miles. My dealer told me it changed to 3000 miles which is wrong, I spoke with BRP, it's 600 miles follow maintenance in your owners manual. We just replaced rear tire only lasted about 6000 miles put on Kumho Ecsta AST. I just changed her oil last week, very easy and order filters from Baja Ron if you do it yourself. I was gonna do rear tire myself until when I looked at it I figure the $80 they charged me was worth not having to deal with belt drive, making sure I adjusted it right, etc. Just ride and have fun!

Service intervals: we are talking about two separate engines here.
The 990, two cylinder requires first service at 600 miles. Then at 4,500 mile intervals.
The 1330, three cylinder requires first service at 3,000 miles. Then 9,500 miles later (12,500 miles) OR once a year--whichever comes first.
The OP is talking about a 2014 ST, which is the two cylinder variety.
Currently Owned: 2019 F3 Limited, 2020 F3 Limited: SOLD BOTH LIMITEDS in October of 2023.
Previously : 2008 GS-SM5 (silver), 2009 RS-SE5 (red), 2010 RT-S Premier Editon #474 (black) 2011 RT A&C SE5 (magnesium) 2014 RTS-SE6 (yellow)
MY FINAL TALLY: 7 Spyders, 15 years, 205,500 miles
IT HAS BEEN A LONG, WONDERFUL, AND FUN RIDE.

It has 11,000 miles on it I'm just gonna pull full-service on it since I just picked it up so I can start fresh

The manual that comes with the does have the correct intervals, but most of us don't get into that fine print unless a need arises. It is scary to me that some dealers don't know diddley about service intervals. [emoji106]
Totally agree with you, that's what we did relied on dealer went to make 600 mile appointment and was told we didn't need it to 3000 miles. Well they were wrong as I spoke with BRP and confirmed it's 600 miles. You would think dealers know about there products that they are selling and servicing??

I have a 2014 ST and have loved every minute of it. My first upgrade was to an ultimate seat and Lamonster's highway bracket and pegs. Have fun and enjoy. You have come to the right place!

Are you sure it's a st-limited? I don't see your saddle bags and I don't have pegs on mine.
-
The Vin number comes up as an ST limited I guess bags and footboards were two different options Least that's what the dealer told me that I called

My ST is a S model not limited but those highway pegs fit all ST models. The limited comes with bags which mine is not.
