Sorry for starting another oily thread. Inquiring minds would like to know. I saw that Rotella T6 is NOT to be used in the 998 because of slipping clutch issues. When I looked backward, I saw that the issue came up early on in Spyder history. Since then, Rotella T6 has gone through some changes. Comparing now to then might change things. I found a clean oil sample of the current T6 done in February of this year. I compared the analysis to blackstone information on amsoil offered here. I don't see major differences now... unless I'm missing something. Could it be that the current T6 is not the devil in oil form for 998's? Bueller? Bueller? (Popping popcorn). Thanks for tolerating me! Rotella+T6+Results.png
