I think you're right. In the F3(-S) data sheet the sport mode is indicated, in the F3-T / LTD documents not.
Yeah, F3-S only from 2017 MY I think.
Why would they not include the "Sport Mode" on the Limited model? It doesn't make any sense to me. The LTD is the top of the line! Why wouldn't you include all the bells and whistles on the top of the line model??
Because the LTD is supposed to be the luxury cruiser (with a cruiser position.) The S is the sport/hooligan model.
I'm not disagreeing with you, I just think that if you have the "Top of the Line" you should have all the buzzers and bells. Just because people have the LTD doesn't mean they never want to play a little bit...
I'm going to all BRP customer service later today and see what reason they give for not having it as an option...
Only the Sport model has a Sport mode. The Limited model has limited modes. Ha! There is also a difference in rear sprocket size giving the L more advantage on the road or long haul.
One possible reason they did not put sport mode on the Limited is because it is larger, heavier, and more likely to be ridden 2 up. Cutting back the traction controls on a stripped down sport model does not present the same risks as cutting it back on larger, heavier model that is also often pulling a trailer.
I see the smaller sprocket on the Limited as a disadvantage. Less torque for passing at HWY speeds, carrying a (2) up load, and pulling a trailer. From post here and on FB, the larger sprocket doesn't seem get worse mpg. Not many are going to max out the top speed advantage of the smaller sprocket either.

Don
When I test rode a 2019 F3-S last week, I never tried the sport mode. Is it a noticeable difference ? Quicker shift points, less shift lag ? Curious...
2020 F3 Limited - can't find Sport Mode. Altho it says I have a Sport Mode in my manual, when I push the Mode button, all I get is normal mode - no icon, or eco-mode - eco-icon. I see no Sport Mode?? Is it not available on the Limited model? Probably not, but I have to ask... Thanks.
I thought Sport mode was only offered on the F3 S.
F3L - normal and econ modes only . . .
We have both 2019 F3L and 2020 F3L. No sport mode. IMO...not needed anyway. If I punch it...I can go plenty fast. Just ask Randy the Sheriff down in the Ponca area. I wrote about that one earlier. :riding:
ok thanks all you spyder people,, must be the next trim level down has it, must be the manual is for both the F3 and the F3-limited.. page 37 of manual ..shows all 3 modes
No Sport mode on the limited. You can however get an ECU stage 2 Flash and have all the speed you want and still have your nanny keep you planted on the ground.
Does the F3 Limited have the sport mode?
The only spyder with sport mode is the F3S. The Limited and the F3T do not have sport mode.
Model year would help. If MY 2020 and later, yes, and it's explained in the operator's guide.
 you got me on that one. I wasn't aware of any models of the F3 Limited that got the sport mode. I thought that was something that wasn't introduced until 2017, and only on the F3S models. Guess I learn something every day. I am still disappointed that the larger sprocket is not available on the F3 Limited and F3T anymore. A friend just picked up a 2021 F3T, and I am anxious to see how it compares to my 2016 F3T with the larger sprocket.
