    he ended up where i thought he was going the first time! that had to be staged. why would there have been a camera on him the whole time?

    This guy has popped up in here several times now...
    but it's still funny to see!
    I think that the scooter threw itself into that hole as a suicide gesture...

    I don't think it's staged. There's probably a camera at most every intersection.
