Using Ride-On in my tires also gets rid of those ugly lead weights on my nice rims.

My wheel weights are black as are my rims and brake dust. I don't even know they are there.

If they do have a product specific to the Can Am Spyder, it does not appear to be listed on the Ride On Website. They cover everything from bicycles, to cars, motorcycles, atv, trucks, farm and so forth.
As for prebalancing prior to adding the Ride On media. Reading the instructions per Ride On. Automotive tires are to be balanced prior to Ride On application. Motorcycle tires are not balanced prior to Ride On application.

Quite a while ago when ride-on was first offered on this site there was a discussion concerning the wheel weights. There was no consensus, other than it doesn't hurt to leave them.
