• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Zumo mount questions

I have read through the threads on the Zumo and am trying to figure out where I want to mount my Zumo. I kinda like the the steering wheel location except that the mount is permanent and you have to look way down to see it. It is nice and clean though after the work.
So I got to thinking that it would be nice to put the unit right above the gauges in the center coming from the wind shield.
So my questions are:
Has anyone tried using the suction cup mounting on a bike and is it reliable enough or is that for internal use only?

If I find a way to mount the suction cup circle n the center top of the windshield does anyone think that may cause an issue with inspection when time comes around?

Does anyone know of some good weather proof double sided tape to fill in the arc of between the mounting plate and the windshield?

and last pics of anyones mountings would be great to see for some ideas
