• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Zox Flip Up Helmet

My wife and I both love our Zox moduler helmets. We have the one with the flip down tint shield. If you can choose get the darkest tint the smoke came with mine and is pointless.

I have a ZOX, it's a good entry level helmet but I'm looking at purchasing either a Nolan N104 or a Shoei Multitec.

I have a multitec ... have had it for 2 years. bought it to replace a nolan ... both have good points ... neither is perfect. lots of help, huh?? :D

Can't Help..!!

we have HJC modular helmets. But your question helps see whats out there for the future..thanks good luck..!! oh we do like our hjc's but they are a mid range modular...

I have a Yellow Zox 3/4 with drop down visor BUT with the shield on its VERY loud on a GS. I use it withiout the shield in the summer-Very Comfortable.

Sorry, but I am not familiar with the Zox brand.

Helmets are a personal item, like seats, floorboards, oil, or gas octane preferences. You can get into some deep discussions on all.

That said, go with a helmet that you like, is comfortable, and fits you properly. Always a good idea to be able to try them on so that you will get the size that is right for you. Sizes vary between brands, so it is a crapshoot if ordering by mail.

My current favorite is Nolan. I have two N-43 modulars and two N103,s. I like that brand because of the flip up fronts, the interior shades, and the fact that I can go from full face to shield only if I so desire. Also like the fact that face shields and visors are available in a variety of tints.

Let us know what you decide.

We have the Shark Evoline 3 modular helmet and love it. A lot of places have the 2 on clearance worth the price and a look at !

The reason i ask is they are selling them at vendor village for $115. I know, you get what you pay for but......

I like my fullface hjc but like the flip up and sun visor if i can get it dark enough.
