• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Just a note for those of you in Ohio, all year or seasonal, the U. S. Spyder Ryders now have three Chapters in Ohio.

There is a Greater Cincinnati Chapter, a Central Ohio Chapter and the newest is the Northeast Ohio Chapter. These three are sanctioned by the National group and they can all be found on the national page or on Facebook.

Websites:
National - http://www.usspyderryders.com/
To contact or view the Chapter websites simply visit the national site then select Chapters, look under Ohio and then your region. Some of them are quite new, give us time to update and get things posted, please.

Facebook:
National - simply do a search with the text US Spyder Ryders
Greater Cincinnati Chapter - search under US Spyder Ryders - Greater Cincinnati Chapter
Central Ohio Chapter - search under US Spyder Ryders - Central Ohio Chapter
NEO Chapter - search under US Spyder Ryders - Northeast Ohio (notice there is no Chapter at the end of this one)

From the websites or the Facebook, you can apply for membership, membership requires ownership or ryding of a Spyder or Associate memberships can be claimed if you do not own a Spyder but you are befriended by a member. The Ohio groups are relatively new, none more than a year old but the intent is to help get Spyder Ryders together, and to promote safe operation, promote the fun of owning one, and to encourage others to do the same. We know that there are smaller Spyder Clubs in the state and we do not want to discourage this only to promote it.

Thank you,
Joe :ani29:
