There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. Would a 2025 F3L SS seat fit a 2018 F3L - any good recommendations for replacement seats?

I currently have a 2018 F3L that I like very much. However, yesterday I sat on a new 2025 F3L SS while I was at my local shop. I have to admit the seat with the back rest was very nice. My wife keeps telling me a new seat is a whole lot cheaper than buying a new bike. So the question is does anyone have an idea if the new seat would fit on my old bike? If not does anyone have a good recommendation for a replacement seat that is comfortable enough for 8 hour rides? My current stock seat is giving me pressure points after a couple of hours.

Not to many suggestions coming in, but as I am continuing to look I see the Ultimate seat being talked about. Any review how this would be for the passenger? On their website they show a seat for 2015 to 2019, then 2020 on. So this probably answers my original question if a 2025 seat would fit on a 2018 bike. Looking at this I would say no.

Probably because it's unlikely anyone really knows?! ;)

It's a simple enough answer for RT's - No, because the seats changed considerably between those years; but even tho there's been model upgrades, I reckon the F3's have been pretty much the same since their inception with no major variations between seats & models, so most owners tend to 'upgrade' to a/mkt seats rather than 'higher spec' seats from a different model F3. I doubt anyone much would've tried retro-fitting a newer seat onto an older F3?!

But there are people who've upgraded their F3 seats to a/mkt seats. ☺️
