 It's not even the middle of August yet... :yikes:
But in about four Months; I'll fill the tank, and some fuel stabilizer, pump the tires up to about 35 psi, and plug in to my Battery Tender!
(After I've parked the bike up on some carpeting... get the tires off of the concrete...)
:lecturef_smilie: We're gonna have to dock your pay; if you start gloating in August!

Actually; I'm not sure... :dontknow:
But since tires tend to lose some air over time; this allows them to gradually "leak" their way down to where I might want them at the end of February...
NOTHING makes me madder than a flat tire! :gaah:
:agree: I'm not crazy about riding in the winter, but unless you live in Alaska or northern Canada, there are probably at least a few winter days when it's tolerable to take it for a ride. The last two winters, I just plugged in my Battery Tender, and rode it about once a month each winter. That's the easiest way I know to keep the tires round and the fluids circulated, and I don't miss it so much that way. I do wipe it down after a winter ride to get rid of the winter road crud. The best way I've found to winterize is to just ride. As long as it's not icy/snowy, I'll be out there. (And we typically don't get a lot of that icky stuff.)

I winterize mine by putting it in my trailer and heading to AZ every Nov.
