• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I was meaning to put this up earlier but I have been busy, I posted it but must have screwed it upwhen posting.

I originally went down to buy Aaron Clayton a beer for helping out with len at cowtown after the spyderfest when I broke my front sproket bolt.

After I arrived Aaron asked me if I could help out with the test rides and honestly I learned a ton about the spyder and how people reacted to the HUGE difference in ride quality compared to the other test rides for regular trikes.

My spyder of course looked like "it had been thru a war" and being a gold wing event were everyone washes their bike and aftermarket "stuff" is buffed made it all the better. I did have several people come up and ask about how I ride and how they have friends in wheelchairs that never knew that you could do what I did to the spyder to ride it, ISCI should have got a few calls about their awsomeness.

I had my brake pad issue there and I can not say enough about the spyderlovers support especially Larry helping me in a bind.

Again if you ever want to learn how BRP goes in the right direction with their product go to an event and help out with the test rides if they need it, free place to crash , food and booze if you are into that. It was strange for me to talk to people that had ridden the spyder and not have to answer the "stupid" questions but the important ones, I give people a honest review of what we ride, the end result being the best trike on the market.

If BRP is reading this feel free to change you damn forms so they are easier to fill out for people, I understand from being a business owner about the "sue happy" issues but by just changing the order of the forms and having a few bigger signs that list off the rules of rides would help out.Matt, Mike, Greg and Aaron did a bag up job of being nice to people who were making it hard to be nice but I suppose there are a few in every group.

I was not there the first day, I think I saw another post from some fred guy that was there the first day.

The trade show was huge and there was everything "touring" you could want.
