Many of you have tried several solutions for windshields this past year...I figured I'd post my latest attempt.
It's an F1 (from Marcel July) which I cut--actually three times. Without the capability of wind tunnel testing, I just kept cutting and test driving it at my typical speeds.
I reshaped it a bit just using a belt sander, then heated it (and my entire garage!) with a heat gun and rebent it to get a new lip.
Here're some photos, prior to the promised blackout of the first four body panels...
Those are the Kury iso wing pegs (for my big clodhoppers) flipped up on the side...
I like leaving the Nelson-Rigg bag on with the raincover, as I think their trademark written on the side "It's not just another bike" fits the Spyder well...
