There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

As much as it sounds like a useless item, i found the electric adjustable w/s on my Honda ST1300 to be a VERY desirable item. I could raise it in the cold or rain, or let it down on hot days to get the most breeze available.
If someone had the time and inclination to develop a mod that installed such a w/s on the spyder, I would almost surely buy one if I buy a Spyder (cost being the major factor) If I did it, I would look at trying to mod on a Hoda or Yamaha mechanism since the actuators already exist.
I dont even know if theres room to put somethin like that since the headlights are up there, but hey...ya gotta keep dreamin!!!
