So, there's a few out there for the RS. The F1 EVO III is no longer made as "Marcel" went back to Europe I think. I'm looking at buying one with a hint more protection. There's no "Double Bubble" screens yet by "Hot Bodies" or Lockhart-Phillips, sadly, and Memphis Shades doesn't seem to be onboard either.

Doing some research, I find I can go touring OEM, Show-Chrome "flippable", or CalSci. There's also a Madstad version but it's pretty insane like a VStrom motorcycle, and I don't want that insane a look like a mini-RT/ST. I was looking for about an additional 3 or 4" (the best so far seems to be the CalSci tinted shorty). I've seen also Corbin's alien-looking idea and Bailey Lee.

Of course, people on this forum all say every mod they do is awesome and love it and are quite happy with everything, but I'd like some pros/cons here, and perhaps a few options not mentioned? Thanks!

I use the ultra-tourning BRP as the dealer give me one with my RS but added Madsted brackets so I could adjust them. love this setup!

Thanks! I'm gearing towards the CalSci right now. Wish I could get my hands on an F1 Evo III though. Why is there no double-bubble screen? Step UP, Lockhart-Phillips!

MADSTAD !

THE Madstad is tops, I have one on my ST1100 and my ST1300
it works so well being able to adjust it up and down about 6 in. and
forward and back about 4 in. I put one on my 2008 GS and recommend it.
maybe you can find some one in your area that will let you try theirs out.
ALSO look into the Laminar Lip they also work very well

I have the MSR from Twisted Trottle and works great.. All tinted with adjustable deflector...:thumbup:hyea:
