• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I saw this from a newsletter on Revzilla:

According to a company official quoted by the Montreal Gazette, BRP is exploring the possibility. BRP, or Bombardier Recreational Products, sold off-road motorcycles under the Can-Am name in the 1970s. ...

Company spokesperson Sylvain Morissette confirmed on Wednesday that the company is currently evaluating the market, the possibilities and trends after an industry analyst suggested the eventuality.

If BRP was indeed planning such a move, dropping the RS & ST might be a way to redirect capital for such an endeavor.

I had one of these. Fastest bike bar none. Suspension killed it. Could have used a longer swing arm. But it needed a lot more than that.

But straight line, nothing could keep up with it. Awesome Rotary Valve motor.

Bit of a stretch....

They did make a great trail/off road bike back in the day...I think they have enough irons in the fire as it is....:dontknow:

I think that the Revzilla article is more about wishful thinking, than anything else.

The second article points to an expansion of the product line: not a replacement of existing vehicles.

Saying that they'll kill off the Spyder line-up to go back to two wheels is VERY premature... nojoke
