Will 6x12 Uhaul trailer work ?

Hey ... I’m moving across the country.. just wondered if anyone has used a uhaul trailer to transport there Spyder ?

It does not work. Drop down gate opening is 5' wide. I rented one when I bought my Ryker drove 40 miles found out in hard way.

Yes I have used a U haul trailer a couple times. You need to have the 6 x 12 foot cargo trailer enclosed. The back doors open like barn doors.It is a dual axle trailer Not a lot of extra width to get an RT in but it does fit.Only a couple extra inches each side of fenders.
Be careful with what you choose to use for ramps. There is not a lot of space to set front edge of ramp on trailer frame and the drive wheel could throw the ramp backwards and that would be bad. Best to have some way to chock the ramps so they can not kick back. As far as I know Uhaul does not have an open trailer with a wide enough opening on the rear to fit the RT in
